Description
This signed H. Penketewa Navajo ring gives a collector or wearer a clearly identified piece of silverwork rather than an unsigned turquoise ring of uncertain origin. Two bright, irregular turquoise stones travel along the finger, joined by applied silver leaves and small floral forms.
Each stone carries its own matrix and color variation, while the raised settings and surrounding silverwork give the face dimension from the front and sides. The ring is size 6, weighs approximately 4.4 grams and is signed H. Penketewa on the reverse.
The stones have no cracks. Please review all 11 close-up photographs for the turquoise surfaces, signature, silverwork, band wear and the small marks described in the condition section.
Condition
Pre-owned condition with normal wear and use marks. The stones have no cracks. There is a small gouge on the side and a scratch or small gouge inside the band.
