Description
This beautifully bold ceramic set by Atelier Primavera is a rare find from the heart of Art Deco France. The pitcher’s hand-painted vertical stripes, paired with the whimsical plate’s dots and border pattern, create a look that’s both playful and elegant. Though time has etched its mark—visible in the heavy crazing and a prominent chip on the plate—these imperfections only add to the charm and authenticity of its story.
Atelier Primavera was the artistic wing of Le Printemps, the famed Parisian department store. This set, with its unmistakable aesthetic and signed base, likely dates from the early to mid-20th century. A piece like this doesn’t whisper history—it speaks it fluently, in color and curve.
Whether displayed on a shelf, used in a curated vintage kitchen, or given as a thoughtful gift to a collector, this set radiates personality.
I have done my best to show all flaws in the photos. Please inspect carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
