Farm equipment liquidation and rural property asset sales throughout El Dorado, Placer, Amador, and Sacramento counties, and surrounding Northern California communities.

Helping Families Move Rural Properties Forward

We work directly with farm families, heirs, and rural property owners who are preparing a property for sale, sorting through years of accumulated equipment, or trying to make practical decisions about what stays, what sells, and what comes next.

Our role is to bring structure to that process — helping identify value, organize assets, and move the property forward in a way that is clear, efficient, and respectful of the work behind it.

Decades of Real Farm and Equipment Experience

Kevin understands farm equipment because he has worked with it most of his life. From tractors and implements to shop tools and livestock equipment, he knows what these assets are, what they’re worth, and how they should be handled.

His background includes dairy farming, tractor and equipment work, general farming, and mechanical repair, along with experience as a foreman for Powder River livestock equipment manufacturing.

Kevin has spent decades working around agricultural equipment, shop tools, livestock systems, and rural properties — the same types of assets often found on farms that need to be liquidated.

Because of this experience, farm owners trust that their equipment, tools, and property will be handled with knowledge and respect.

Knowing what has value — and where to sell it — makes a significant difference in the outcome of a farm liquidation.

Plus, we don’t wait until the sale weekend to begin creating interest.

Valuable and larger items are often identified and marketed early, helping connect them with the right buyers and improving overall results for the estate.

Preparing a Farm Property for Sale

Before a rural property can be listed or transferred, years of accumulated equipment, tools, and agricultural assets often need to be dealt with.

We help property owners sort, evaluate, and manage that process so nothing is overlooked and the property can move forward without unnecessary delays.

What We Liquidate

Farm properties often include decades of accumulated equipment, tools, and agricultural assets.

How Our Farm Liquidation Process Works

Every farm is different. We take time to understand the property, equipment, and overall goals before determining the best way to proceed.

How We Handle the Process

1. Walk the property and identify equipment, tools, and other sellable assets.

2. Evaluate equipment, tools, and specialty items.

3. Identify high-value items that deserve more targeted marketing.

4. Photograph and list selected high-value items.

5. Organize the most efficient method for selling remaining assets.

6. Coordinate final clearing when needed.

We guide families through each step so nothing important is overlooked.

When Farm or Ranch Liquidation Becomes Necessary

Farm liquidations most often occur when a longtime farmer retires, a family inherits a rural property, or equipment needs to be sold prior to a property sale.

Many farm properties include decades of accumulated equipment, shop tools, and agricultural assets. We help families determine what has value, how it should be sold, and the most efficient way to move the process forward.

Farm liquidations most often occur when:

• Retirement from farming

• Inherited rural property

• Preparing a farm for sale

• Equipment dispersal prior to land transfer

• Managing a property from out of town

If you’re unsure what the best approach might be, we’re always happy to talk through your situation and help you determine the right next step.

“We had years of equipment and tools to sort through, and didn’t know where to start. Kevin and Cheryl brought a lot of knowledge and made the process manageable. They were professional, easy to work with, and we were very happy with how everything was handled.”

— John, El Dorado Hills

Respect for a Lifetime of Work

Farms and ranches often represent decades of hard work, investment, and family history. Every shop tool, tractor, and piece of equipment reflects part of that story.

Our goal is not simply to clear a property. We work carefully to identify valuable assets, present them properly to buyers, and manage the process with respect for the people and the work behind it.

Many families find comfort in knowing that the things their loved one built and used will continue on with people who appreciate both the items themselves and the work they represent.
