We’re Cheryl and Kevin Jackson, the family behind Gold Country Treasures. We organize and manage estate sales throughout Northern California’s Gold Country and Sacramento Region.
Whether you’re settling a loved one’s estate, downsizing, or preparing a property for sale, we help you work through the belongings and handle the sale so you don’t have to manage it all yourself.

A successful estate sale takes more than putting prices on belongings. We research unfamiliar items, organize the contents, photograph and advertise the sale, and help buyers see what’s there.
We also look for items that may benefit from being offered separately, including equipment, vehicles, and select collections.
Before we begin, we explain our recommendations and discuss your timing, priorities, and options for anything left afterward.
Farm, Ranch, and Rural Property Experience
In addition to traditional estate sales, we specialize in farm and ranch liquidations.
Rural properties often hold years of accumulated equipment, tools, and belongings in barns, shops, and outbuildings.
Kevin’s background in farming, tractor operation, equipment repair, and livestock equipment manufacturing helps us identify what you have and explain it clearly to potential buyers.

We regularly work with:

Our daughter, ChristaLynn, is an active part of Gold Country Treasures and a familiar face at our estate sales. She brings a friendly welcome, a ready smile, and a willingness to help that shoppers appreciate.
You’ll often find her helping customers and keeping things moving during a sale. We’re glad to have her working alongside us—and delighted when customers take the time to tell us how much they enjoyed meeting her.

Based in Somerset, we serve El Dorado County—including Placerville, Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, and Shingle Springs—as well as Sacramento, Placer, and Amador counties.
